kodi-pvr-argustv software package provides ARGUS TV PVR addon for Kodi, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kodi-pvr-argustv
kodi-pvr-argustv is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kodi-pvr-argustv package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kodi-pvr-argustv *
You will get with kodi-pvr-argustv package name, version, architecture and description in a table
